June was my first month back at the helm of Play With Me. I treated it like a full reset, pulling everything apart from the old version, deciding what to keep, what to toss, and what needed to be completely reimagined. Most of the month was spent shaping the concept, mapping the site into something that actually feels like me, and building a summer to-do list that could keep momentum going. It was equal parts creative overhaul and technical trial and error, but by the end of the month, the foundation was finally in place.
1. Website Structure & Design
- Finalized the site structure with four main content areas:
- In a Hurry: Flash Erotica
- After Dark: Long-form stories
- In the Mirror: Sexuality & commentary
- Backstage: Behind-the-scenes content
- Created custom basic page layouts. (Thought I wouldn’t have to edit the theme much. I was wrong.)
- Enabled dark/light mode toggle — not yet functional.
2. Story Audits & Content
- First drafts completed for:
- The Forbidden Review
- The Guesthouse Agreement
- Snowed In With Her Ex
- Her Curves in Silked
- Early development work on flash erotica content.
3. Email Marketing Scouting
- Researched email marketing platforms to align with desired features and future automation needs.
4. Reader Engagement Tools
- Comments section enabled.
- Installed and fixed WP ULike “like” function.
- Benched the modal-linked comment icon for now — keeping scroll-based commenting.
5. Play With Things (Affiliate Store)
- Created initial structure for Play With Things section.
- Current focus: curated affiliate items over a large catalog.
- Later phase: add digital products.
Technical Fixes Completed
- Fixed broken logic for Related Stories post cards.
- Identified mobile/tablet layout shift issue with sticky title bar + sidebar. Temporary fix applied.
Mindset & Strategy (Mid–Late June)
- Worked on core copy and brand voice, leaning into a more inviting and vulnerable identity.
- Emphasized transparency and intimacy as key to PWME.
- Decision: Delay monetization, focus first on engagement and building a strong content base.
- Reframed In the Mirror as a personal conversation space rather than a “commentary” section.
- Outlined soft launch plan, primarily using IG & Threads.
☑️ Carryover Tasks for July
- Add CTA and featured teaser story to homepage.
- Add post cards to In the Mirror.
- Finalize 4 short-form stories.
- Add read time / teaser blurbs to story cards.
- Ensure all story slugs and titles are human-readable.
- Finalize email automations by segment.
- Clean up WP ULike styling.
- Confirm footer legal links.
- Research poll systems.

About the author : Georgia Sands
Georgia Sands writes women’s erotica at the edge of sensation. Her stories are experiments: driven by curiosity, self-pleasure, and the raw act of discovery.
Enter her world where she explores transformation through desire. Her stories blur the line between the erotic and the otherworldly, where hauntings, memories, and unseen forces awaken something deeply human. Each tale unravels the moment a woman realizes that what she fears, she also wants — and what she wants might just change her.
Her work moves through the spaces between seduction and surrender, treating the paranormal not as fantasy but as metaphor for power, trust, and rebirth.
Georgia is part of the Play With Me Erotica ecosystem, an independent, woman-led project built on layered storytelling, bold desire, and the belief that women deserve stories as bold and nuanced as they are.
